Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Episodd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms

Subscription & Payments

Monthly subscription: ₹69/month for unlimited access to all content
Annual subscription: ₹699/year (save over 40%)
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused subscriptions

Content Usage

All content on Episodd is for personal, non-commercial use only
You may not download, copy, or distribute content without permission
Streaming is limited to registered devices as per your subscription plan
Content availability may vary and is subject to licensing agreements
We reserve the right to remove or modify content at any time

User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
Do not share your account with others outside your household
Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws
Respect intellectual property rights of creators and the platform

Prohibited Activities

Attempting to bypass security measures or access restrictions
Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access content
Uploading malicious content or engaging in harmful behavior
Impersonating others or providing false information
Violating any applicable local, state, or national laws

Creator Terms

Creators retain ownership of their original content
By uploading, creators grant Episodd a license to display and distribute
Revenue sharing: Creators receive 70% of subscription revenue attributed to their content
Creators must comply with content guidelines and community standards
Violations may result in content removal or account termination

Limitation of Liability

Episodd is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for service interruptions or technical issues
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for subscription
We are not responsible for third-party content or links
Force majeure events may affect service availability

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Episodd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
